Complify Technology Limited may terminate your license to use the Software at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom.

12. Changes to Terms
