Puki® PIMS ile ISO/IEC 27701 Entegrasyonu

Uluslararası standardizasyon örgütü ISO tarafından 2019 yılında yayınlanan ISO/IEC 27701 Kişisel Veri Yönetim Sistemi standardı ile Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Mevzuatlarına sürdürülebilir uyumun sağlanması hedeflenmektedir.

ISO/IEC 27701 Standardı, yapısı itibariyle ISO/IEC 27001 ve ISO/IEC 27002 standartlarına entegre edilmiş ve bu standartlar üzerinde değişiklikler yapılarak uygulanan bir standarttır. Bununla birlikte Veri Sorumlusu ve Veri İşleyen kuruluşlar için uygulanması gereken kontrolleri (idari tedbirleri) içermektedir.

ISO/IEC 27701 Kişisel Veri Yönetim Sistemi standardı, kişisel verilerin korunması düzenlemelerine uyum sağlamak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır;

- Veri kontrolörleri için Ek A ve
- Veri işleyenler için Ek B

kontrollerden oluşturulan Uygulanabilirlik Beyanlarının oluşturulmasını gerektirir.

You can use Puki application with On-Prem or SaaS model. When you prefer the SaaS version, you do not need any installation or server management requirements, you can use the system online from anywhere.
